Infrastructure Impact Award

This award recognises a woman of colour who has made significant contributions to infrastructure, particularly in the fields of transport and construction.

Award Criteria

We invite nominations for women of colour who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in infrastructure projects, driven innovations, and made a substantial impact on community development or sustainability. Applicants are encouraged to showcase their unique journeys in infrastructure, highlighting their leadership roles in major projects, innovative approaches to infrastructure challenges, and contributions to sustainable and community-focused development.

The judging panel will consider how your work addresses complex infrastructure challenges, promotes sustainable practices, and enhances community development. They will evaluate the tangible improvements your contributions have brought to transport and construction, your influence on industry standards, and your role in advancing the field of infrastructure.

Nominations are open to anyone who wishes to recognise a deserving woman of colour in STEM. This can include colleagues, mentors, peers, or the nominees themselves. To nominate someone, please fill out the nomination form.

Winners are selected by an independent judging panel comprising experts and leaders in STEM fields. They will review all nominations and assess them based on the criteria outlined for each category.
