Allyship for Equity Award
This award recognises a dedicated ally who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to supporting, advocating for, and uplifting Women of Colour (WOC) in STEM. The recipient has consistently leveraged their voice, platform, or influence to break down barriers, promote inclusion, and create equitable opportunities for WOC in STEM fields. Whether through mentorship, policy change, advocacy, or daily actions, this award celebrates those who stand in solidarity and embody the true spirit of inclusive allyship.

Eligibility Criteria
This category is open to individuals (of any gender or background) who are based in Australia and whose work has contributed meaningfully to advancing equity for women of colour in STEM.

This award is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
– Industry professionals, educators, researchers, or community leaders supporting women of colour in STEM
– Demonstrated ongoing and impactful support through tangible outcomes (e.g. programs, mentorship, advocacy, policy change)
– Actively centre the voices of women of colour and challenge systemic inequities within STEM environments
