Become a Mentor with STEM SIS in 2025

Empowering Women of Colour in STEM across Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia

Are you passionate about supporting the next generation of Women of Colour (WOC) in STEM?

The STEM Sisters Mentoring Program – STEM SIS is now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for mentors for our 2025 program! This program is open to mentees based in Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia, but we welcome mentors from all across Australia who are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM.

Whether you're a Woman of Colour with lived experience or an ally who actively supports WOC in STEM, your insights and guidance can help culturally and racially marginalised women gain confidence, expand their networks, and grow professionally.
