We welcome applications from young women of colour who demonstrate notable early career achievements, potential for growth, and meaningful contributions to their field. 

We encourage you to share your unique journey, highlighting your accomplishments and the challenges you’ve overcome. The judging panel will consider your contributions to your field, future growth and how your work inspires and influences others.

Nominations are open to anyone who wishes to recognise a deserving woman of colour in STEM. This can include colleagues, mentors, peers, or the nominees themselves. To nominate someone, please fill out the nomination form.

Winners are selected by an independent judging panel comprising experts and leaders in STEM fields. They will review all nominations and assess them based on the criteria outlined for each category.
